Musings

When  love is seldom found
Considered petty, possibly,to the one that is faked.
And feel bruised, like the mongrel with its tail tuck 'tween.
"Look , fool you are"!

But life must move on….!
To be denied over again.
What fool you are, to be trodden over and again!

I’m confused. In fact, the first stanza contradicts the second or vice versa, that’s what I feel. Is it that one should never lose hope…?
Is it Van Gogh’s Self Portrait?

Hi! Glad to visit finally. I have read your comments elsewhere on Doc's blog and also on Balachandran V.

Honestly I couldn't understand the meaning of the poem here. Would you care to explain in detail?

Honestly I like comments that dose not gulp a Post.A difference of opinion or logical opposite is something I love. And being a rookie at penning verses I appreciate the posers you made.

I tried to mention in the first stanza the waste of love when it is seldom noticed and is trivialized for the one that is false. And again I mentioned that it being more often the rule of life , life has to move on and the protagonist stays a fool .
