Musings of a Fallible

You can laud, and preach
You can rave and sing
the virtue of rapprochement,
of leaving the doors open,
for one last chance.
Begging for love and affection ?
Willing to forgive and forget,..... a,quid pro quo ?
But then, be known, its sucks to be
smacked ,kicked and spat upon- when you are down ,fallen!
tis easy to extol -
knowing not the pain of trample on your soul ,
and that of your loved.
You may have a reason contrary, my friend, you can have one.
But the mauled mangle festers deep within,
 till the day of reckon..
Fallible though to some, but lesser mortal I’m.

You better be a lesser mortal rather than a preachy hypocrite who extols the virtue of rapprochement.

I think I'm very much a lesser mortal, even though I try to keep open the door of rapproachment. But I rarely get a visitor. Isn't it sad? Loved the poem!

A couple of posts back you had said in blog that we both are on the same boat…
Now I sort of get it :P

@ Arun Meethale Chirakkal

I'm not averse to rapprochement, but is it worth when the rape is done?

Thank you for dropping by.
I do not think one should run after .letting know that you are open to reconciliation would do. If that is necessary . But why look out for reconciliation with insolence??

@ Deeps,
I really do not remember that comment of mine and in what context.
Nevertheless!
