Hope

Words stay aloof
They stay aloof and away,
Afraid to descend;
Like I fear the day to come.

And moments move relentless
into the uncertain, that is the dawn of morrow.
And I ebb with its flow
Clutching at every twig gasping with hope and only hope.

This is what that keeps our clock ticking. Hope!!

After all the nasty things we go through, with happiness and joys sprinkled, we hope to see better things.

HOPE - keeps the world going :-)

Your verses flow with ease. Liked these lines a lot

@ insignia

I m just trying with poems . Only that one can pen things relating to ones state of mind.

@ Bals
If these few lines are speechless , the verses you pen will need a new adjective.
